In the third summer experience, Levine Scholars participate in a career-related or leadership internship designed to complement their programs of study and prepare them for post-undergraduate aspirations in their selected fields.  Due to the diverse interests of students, these internships vary significantly from student to student.  Internships typically last for eight to twelve weeks and are completed both domestically and internationally.  Student internship experiences can fall under any one of the following categories: competitive internships which require application and selection; internship sites which have an official affiliation with UNC Charlotte; internships intentionally created for the individual student; and international opportunities affiliated with a third party provider or created specifically for the student.
